Patinete.com NO realiza directamente la devolución del IVA “Tax Free” a los viajeros de fuera de la Unión Europea, sin embargo SÍ que emitimos factura para su devolución.

Para poder solicitar la devolución del Tax Free, debe realizar su pedido en nuestro sistema como “Usuario registrado” y no como “Invitado”. Por lo tanto, el primer paso será crear una cuenta de usuario en nuestro sistema rellenando correctamente todos los datos solicitados. Una vez registrado ya puede hacer su pedido como usuario de Patinete.com, para lo cual deberá seguir los pasos que se van indicando en la web. Tras finalizar su pedido y realizar el abono del mismo este será enviado a la dirección indicada.

Usted podrá acceder con sus datos de registro (usuario y contraseña) a su ficha de cliente y a todos sus pedidos, donde podra descargarse la factura con la que podrá solicitar el “Tax Free” en la sección de Aduanas del puerto o aeropuerto.

Tax Free is available to travelers with habitual residence outside the European Union, that is, resident in the Canary Islands, or in the Autonomous Cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Tax Free is only for people, not for companies. Companies and professionals can recover VAT from their invoices through other means when the expense is related to their activity. Of course, professionals or employees of foreign companies may request a refund of tourist VAT when the expense is private and personal.

1. In the stores where you make your purchases, ask for the complete invoice or the DIVA form if they have it.

2. Upon arrival at the port or airport, go to the customs stamping point:

- With DIVA you can directly use the automatic machines installed there and easily follow their instructions.

- If you do not have a DIVA form, go to the customs staff, where once compliance with the requirements has been verified, the invoices will be stamped manually.

Remember to bring with you:

- Your passport.

- Purchase invoices or DIVA form.

- And the goods for which you request the return (ATTENTION: without goods there is no stamp).

- Your boarding pass or your company ticket with the travel route.

3. In both cases, you can now request your money from your Tax Free company located in the boarding area.
