Warranty for Micro scooters products

All products purchased at patinete.com have a three-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the appropriate conditions of use described by the manufacturer.

Allied Vesting Technologies S.L. is responsible for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of three years from delivery.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this guarantee.

To proceed with the return of the product to cover the guarantee, the following steps must be followed:

Check that your return meets all of the following points, before sending us the product:

  • The material to be returned must be unused and in the condition in which it was delivered. It cannot be dirty or scratched.
  • Returns of customized products will not be accepted.
  • If the material requested as a return is not available, the client can request that the money be returned. In this case, the amount paid for the product will be refunded less the original full shipping costs.

Shipping costs, both outbound and return, in case of return are borne by the customer except in the case of an error on the part of patinete.com

We recommend sending the products by certified mail or by transport companies such as SEUR, Tourline, etc.

  • We are not responsible for losses if the returns have been sent by regular mail.
  • A package in which a seal or seal has been attached directly to the original box or packaging of the product will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns postage due, unless the customer has been authorized in writing to do so.

Who pays the return shipping?

If the change or return is because the product has a defect, patinete.com will assume the expenses. Contact customer service to find out how to proceed for the return. In any case, patinete.com will not accept any package postage due, the customer must send the product with the expenses paid, patinete.com will refund the amount of these expenses once the status of the product is verified.
