Return Policy for Micro scooters

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the unwanted item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

Check that your return meets the following requirements, before sending us the product:

  • The material to be returned must be unused and in the condition in which it was delivered, that is, with all its original packaging intact, manuals and accessories. It cannot be dirty or scratched.
  • Returns of modified products will not be accepted.
  • If the material requested as an exchange is not available, the client can request that the money be returned. In this case, the amount paid for the product will be refunded less the original full shipping costs.

We recommend sending the products by certified mail or by transport companies such as SEUR, MRW, etc.

  • We are not responsible for losses if the returns have been sent by regular mail.
