2. Obligations of the Client regarding the purchase procedure

8. Shipping Methods and Delivery Terms

patinete.com reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is made, regardless of what is stated in these pages and provided that it does not entail manifest damage to the client.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the order. In all cases, we will tell you at the beginning of the purchase process of all expenses. Shipping costs are unique for the entire peninsula, varying only in case of shipment to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or large amount of purchase.

How and when will I receive my order?

In the peninsula the delivery time is 24/48 hours as long as the order is placed and paid for before 1:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and 48/72 hours if the order is placed after.< /p>

Deliveries are not programmable, that is, you can NOT set times for delivery. The driver will deliver to your area based on his daily route and the number of packages he carries that day, so the hours may vary from day to day.

The delivery time is 24/48 hours after shipment but it is not a guaranteed time frame. The shipment is made by a Standard service and if the delivery is delayed due to logistical needs, it is not possible to make a claim for that reason.

There is also an express shipping method whose delivery time is 24 hours after sending (weekdays from Monday to Friday) and has a cost of €18.

The order will be canceled in any of the following two cases:

  1. Delivery fails when delivery is attempted three times.
  2. The customer could not be contacted within 9 business days of the first failed delivery attempt.

In the event that the product arrives in deteriorated or defective conditions, it will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition and at no additional charge to you.

Warehouse pickup

You can pick up your order at our central warehouse located in Colmenar Viejo, Madrid. If you choose this shipping method, we will send you an email indicating the address of the warehouse and the time for collection. In this way the shipping costs are cancelled.

Is the product guaranteed?

All products purchased at patinete.com have a three-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the appropriate conditions of use described by the manufacturer.

10. Returns and Exchanges

How do I return a product?

The customer may return any item they have purchased in cases where the Law expressly recognizes such power. In these cases, Allied Vesting Technologies S.L., will return the purchase money by crediting the credit card or PayPal account used when making the purchase or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer if the Payment was made cash on delivery within a maximum period of 14 days, counted from the receipt of the product, unless otherwise legally prescribed.

Check that your return meets all of the following points, before sending us the product:

  • The material to be returned must be unused and in the condition in which it was delivered. It cannot be dirty or scratched.
  • Returns of customized products will not be accepted.
  • If the material requested as a return is not available, the client can request that the money be returned. In this case, the amount paid for the product will be refunded less the original full shipping costs.

Shipping costs, both outbound and return, in case of return are borne by the customer except in the case of an error on the part of patinete.com

We recommend sending the products by certified mail or by transport companies such as SEUR, Tourline, etc.

  • We are not responsible for losses if the returns have been sent by regular mail.

Who pays the return shipping?

11. Guarantees

Allied Vesting Technologies SL is responsible for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of three years from delivery.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this guarantee.

To proceed with the return of the product to cover the guarantee, the processes described in section 10 of change and return of material must be followed.

12. Reimbursement of amounts paid

The refund will be made through the payment method used in the purchase, except in the case of having paid cash on delivery. In this case, the refund will be made via bank transfer.

patinete.com will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and state of packaging and accessories of the item subject to return or exchange have not been verified in our warehouses. The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order, except for transport costs, which will only be returned if patinete.com is responsible for the cause of the return of the product.
